Let us introduce A. Journal Of West Coast Culinary – our very first book, a tribute to life in the kitchen. We share the culinary movement of the West Coast that truly inspires us; the food, the places, the people.







Eating has been a lifelong love affair for us. We relish everything about it; cooking, the rituals, the social gathering, debating with friends, what we’re eating, while we’re eating it. And naturally for us, setting a table can bring just as much a pleasure as the food on it.










With this book, we want to encourage you to explore the new west coast culinary movement. While some of the recipes featured may not be for beginners, we hope all of you will be able to find inspiration to try out something new.
